Hypnosis isn’t for everyone. Some people are uncomfortable with it, others find they resist it. But for some people, it is a highly effective form of therapy which allows them to change their lifestyle. Drop the addiction is a guided audio program, written by renown Californian hypnotherapist Steve G Jones. Drawing on the in-clinic work he has been doing for many years with people experiencing drug and alcohol problems, the 4-module audio program provides subconscious messages designed to erase and reprogram addiction pathways, overcome cravings and build positive behaviours. Jones recommends the program be used to strengthen other addiction treatments.
Best for: People who are open to subconsious stimulation and who are willing to set aside listening time each day.
Less suited to: People who are sceptical about hypnotism and don’t have time for daily audio programs.
